My world in a nut-shell.

I grew up in a family where religion and church were not part of our lives but I have always had this sense that God was real.  My wife and I were married in 1986 and are still joined at the hip.   

 

When I was around 27 I visited a church in the old part of town and found the building to be old, with red carpet and a bad smell.  I had been attending a church in the military but when I separated and returned to my home town we really didn't know where to go and was invited to this church.  I found this little church was alive and the people where real.  They talked about Jesus like He was their best friend. 

 

I received Jesus and couldn't help believe He is the son of God.  He led me into a career in Law Enforcement which lasted 24 years as well as a calling into ministry as a pastor in 2002.  My life of darkness was radically changed into something very cool by simply obeying the Word of God and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide me through life.  Kids came and now grandchildren.  Jesus has legitimately blessed our lives. 

 

I have no formal Bible education but have found the Word of God to be true therefore I have been in the Word daily nearly since the beginning of my introduction to Jesus.  God called me into the ministry and has equipped me with what is necessary to live out the calling He has given me and He can do the same with you!

My passion is to reach those who are interested in Jesus and this podcast is one way of doing this.
